General Terms
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and jbetjdb ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the jbetjdb website located at jbetjdb.net and all associated services, products, games, and features offered thereon (collectively, "the Services").

Eligibility & Age Restriction

KYC Verification Process
jbetjdb conducts Know Your Customer (KYC) verification for all accounts before processing withdrawal requests. Acceptable identification documents for Bangladeshi players include a valid Bangladesh National Identity Card (NID), passport, or driver's licence. Date of birth must be clearly visible on the submitted document. Accounts that fail KYC verification will have withdrawals suspended pending resolution.
One Account Per Household
Each physical address and each device may be associated with only one active jbetjdb account at any time. Where multiple accounts are detected at the same address, jbetjdb may request additional verification to establish that each account belongs to a distinct, eligible individual. Accounts confirmed as duplicates will be closed and associated bonus funds forfeited.
Account Registration

If you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party, you must notify jbetjdb support immediately. We will take steps to secure your account and investigate the unauthorised access. During any investigation, your account may be temporarily suspended to prevent further transactions.
- You may update your contact information at any time from your account settings. Changes to your legal name or date of birth require submission of updated identity documentation and approval by the jbetjdb verification team.
- jbetjdb may, at its sole discretion, decline a registration application or close an existing account without providing a reason, provided that any real-money balance held in the account (net of bonus funds) is returned to the player.
- Important: Do not register using a temporary or disposable email address. Account recovery, withdrawal notifications, and security alerts are delivered to your registered email. If your email address is inaccessible, account recovery may not be possible.

- Deposits are credited to your jbetjdb account balance as soon as the payment is confirmed by the relevant payment provider. In most cases for bKash and Nagad, this takes under 60 seconds.
- Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit. jbetjdb does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts or payment methods that have not been used for a prior deposit.
- Withdrawals may be subject to identity verification (KYC) before processing. First-time withdrawals will always trigger a KYC check. Subsequent withdrawals may trigger additional checks at jbetjdb's discretion.
- jbetjdb does not charge fees on deposits or standard withdrawals. However, your payment provider (e.g., your bank or mobile wallet provider) may apply their own transaction fees, for which jbetjdb bears no responsibility.
- Withdrawal of Bonus Funds: Bonus funds may not be withdrawn directly. They must first be converted to real-money funds by completing the applicable wagering requirements as stated in the relevant promotion's terms.
- Processing Times: The times stated above are targets, not guarantees. High-volume periods (e.g., BPL final nights, Eid) may result in slightly longer processing times. jbetjdb will communicate any delays proactively.
- Money Laundering: jbetjdb operates strict anti-money-laundering (AML) procedures. Deposits made for purposes other than genuine gameplay — including depositing and withdrawing without significant betting activity — will be flagged and investigated. Suspicious transactions will be reported to relevant authorities.
Bonuses & Promotions
jbetjdb offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. These include, but are not limited to, welcome deposit bonuses, free spins, reload bonuses, cashback offers, referral bonuses, and seasonal promotions aligned with events such as BPL, IPL, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh.
Each bonus or promotion is governed by its own specific terms, which will be published alongside the offer at the time it is made available. These specific terms — including the wagering requirement, minimum qualifying deposit, eligible games, time limit, and any minimum odds restrictions — form part of these Terms and must be satisfied in full before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn.
Where a wagering requirement is stated as a multiplier (e.g., 30x), this means the total bonus amount (and in some cases the deposit amount — check the specific promotion) must be wagered that number of times on eligible games before withdrawal is permitted. Bets placed on excluded games do not count toward wagering requirements, even if they result in a loss.
jbetjdb reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time. Where a promotion is cancelled after a player has already begun satisfying its wagering requirements, any wagering already completed will be credited proportionally at jbetjdb's discretion.
- Bonus Abuse: Creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus multiple times, using automated or third-party tools to place bets, engaging in arbitrage betting strategies designed to exploit bonus terms, or any other form of bonus abuse will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all bonus funds and any winnings derived from them.
- Welcome Bonus Eligibility: The jbetjdb welcome bonus (up to ৳20,000 on first deposit) is available to new players only. Players who have previously held an account under a different name, email address, mobile number, or device are not eligible for the welcome bonus on a second account.
- Free spins awarded as part of a promotion will have a fixed value per spin (stated in the promotion terms). Winnings from free spins are credited as bonus funds subject to wagering requirements unless otherwise stated.
- Bonuses expire if wagering requirements are not completed within the time limit stated in the promotion terms. Upon expiry, the bonus balance and any associated pending winnings will be removed from the account without notice.
User Obligations
By using jbetjdb, you agree to conduct yourself in accordance with the following obligations at all times. These obligations exist to protect the integrity of the Platform, safeguard other players, and ensure that jbetjdb can continue to operate fairly and transparently for the Bangladesh gaming community.

Prohibited Conduct
The following activities are strictly prohibited on jbetjdb. Engaging in any of the behaviours listed below constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension, investigation, and closure — with all bonus funds and, where applicable, winnings forfeited.
- Fraud and misrepresentation: Providing false identity information, impersonating another person, or submitting forged or altered documents during the KYC process.
- Collusion: Coordinating with other players to manipulate game outcomes, share hole-card information in live poker, or otherwise undermine the fair-play integrity of any game.
- Automated betting: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence, or any software that places bets or makes account decisions without direct, real-time human input.
- Money laundering: Using jbetjdb to process, layer, or integrate funds derived from any illegal activity. jbetjdb is obligated to report suspicious activity to relevant authorities and will do so without prior notice to the account holder.
- Bonus abuse: Systematic exploitation of bonus terms including, but not limited to, creating multiple accounts, hedging bonus bets, low-risk wagering designed solely to clear requirements without genuine gameplay intent.
- Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with a bank or payment provider for funds that were legitimately deposited to and wagered on jbetjdb. Chargebacks are reviewed individually and may result in permanent account closure.
- Technical exploitation: Attempting to exploit software bugs, glitches, disconnections, or any other technical anomalies for financial gain. Any winnings arising from exploited technical errors are void and will be recouped by jbetjdb.
- Abusive behaviour: Harassing, threatening, or using discriminatory language toward jbetjdb staff or other players via any communication channel associated with the Platform.
Account Suspension & Closure
jbetjdb reserves the right to suspend or close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that the account holder has breached these Terms, engaged in prohibited conduct, or where closure is required to protect the integrity of the Platform or comply with applicable legal obligations.
Where an account is closed by jbetjdb for a breach of these Terms, any real-money balance remaining in the account (calculated net of any bonus funds) will be returned to the player via the original deposit payment method within a reasonable time, unless the balance is subject to an ongoing investigation. Bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus play that have not yet met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon closure.
Players may also request voluntary closure of their jbetjdb account at any time by contacting the support team. Voluntary closure requests are processed within 24 hours. Any real-money balance at the time of closure will be withdrawn to the player's registered payment method before the account is deactivated, provided all KYC requirements have been satisfied.
Accounts that have been closed — whether by jbetjdb or voluntarily by the player — may not be reopened without the express written approval of jbetjdb. Attempting to register a new account following a closure that was initiated for a Terms breach will result in the new account being closed and any deposits returned.
Where an account is closed as part of a self-exclusion request under jbetjdb's responsible gaming programme, the exclusion period must run its full duration before reinstatement can be considered. Self-exclusion closures have a minimum duration of 6 months. - jbetjdb may suspend an account pending investigation without closing it. During a suspension, the player cannot log in, deposit, withdraw, or place bets. Suspensions are lifted once the investigation concludes, or the account is formally closed if a breach is confirmed.
- Dormant Accounts: Accounts with no login activity for 12 consecutive months are classified as dormant. jbetjdb will notify the registered email address before applying a dormancy administration fee of ৳100 per month to the real-money balance. If the balance reaches zero, the account is closed. Players may reactivate a dormant account by logging in and completing a fresh KYC check.
- In the event that a player passes away while holding an active jbetjdb account, the player's legal representative or next of kin may contact jbetjdb support with appropriate legal documentation to arrange withdrawal of the real-money balance and closure of the account.
Limitation of Liability & Governing Law
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, jbetjdb shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to losses resulting from game outcomes, system downtime, payment processing delays, or any third-party service failure.
jbetjdb makes no warranty — express or implied — that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. jbetjdb undertakes reasonable technical measures to maintain Platform availability and security, but cannot guarantee 100% uptime. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated in advance where possible.
Game outcomes on jbetjdb are determined by certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) supplied by the respective game providers (Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, Ezugi, and others). jbetjdb does not control or influence individual game outcomes. Where an amicable resolution cannot be reached through the support process, jbetjdb will engage in good-faith mediation.
If any provision of these Terms is found by a competent authority to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed from the remainder of the Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect. No waiver of any breach of these Terms shall constitute a waiver of any subsequent breach.
